To celebrate The power Plugin’s (TPP) collaboration with SiGMA, the startup founded byGiovanni Falzone will be donating a unique piece from its collection for the charity auctionthat will take place during the SiGMA Awards to be held in Malta next November as part of theSiGMA Europe Summit 2024.
Having access to the world's largest collection of sports memorabilia, TPP states that thedonated collector’s item will be a unique piece, without revealing any details. This is not the first time that TPP has engaged in charitable activities at industry fairs. This time in Malta, the proceeds from the auction will go to the SiGMA Foundation, which isdedicated to fostering positive social change by supporting projects and programmes thatuplift underserved communities, promote education, and enhance well-being worldwide.Over the years, the SiGMA Foundation has been involved in numerous projects.
The Foundation recently funded cleft lip and/or palate reconstructive surgeries for 60 children inColombia, donated 50,000 euros to a farm in Gozo whose mission is to educate children withpast traumas through animal interactions, and inaugurated a 3-in-1 school in Ethiopia formore than 1000 children.
The auction will take place on November 11th during the SiGMA Awards and the collector’sitem will be displayed on stage before the auction where bidders will try and outbid eachother to obtain a piece of football history.SiGMA Europe will be held in Malta from November 11th to 14th in Malta.
