SUZOHAPP RECEIVES KEY AWARD AT BEGE IN BULGARIA

The very busy show calendar at SUZOHAPP has been rounded off with an exhibition not to be forgotten. For the second year running, SUZOHAPP has won the award in the component section of the industry – this time as the ‘Most Diverse Component Supplier’.

Sim Bielak, CMO, joined the team in Sofia for what proved to be a very busy show. Goran Sovilj, René Huibers, Amir Saluhovic and Erik Radder from SUZOHAPP Europe spent the two days supporting all the customer enquiries. Indeed this was the first BEGE for Amir Saluhovic who commented, “This exhibition showed me yet again how dedicated the team is and what a difference we make

to the industry. It was a pleasure to be a part of the buzz”.

There was plenty of products to see at the SUZOHAPP, including the ELO touch monitors, VisionPRO monitors, SH1950 Video Topper, Comestero change machines, coin hoppers and mechanisms, LCD push buttons, speakers, coin entr

y chutes, USB chargers, Delta power supplies and a wide range of locks. Also SUZOHAPP’s Picture Key Technology button deck made its debut in Europe. The fibre optic glass buttons, displaying any content from a display beneath the surface give OEMs great opportunities. The brand new TransAct EpicEdge was shown for the first time at the BEGE – having had its world premiere at the G2E show in Las Vegas. Cees Martens from TransAct joined the SUZOHAPP team to show what a difference the EpicEdge makes with its vastly improved print quality at 300 DPI. Operators also had the opportunity to learn more about the Epicentral software system from TransAct.

The highlight of the show was receiving the BEGE award in the component category as ‘Most Diverse Component Supplier’. Goran Sovilj proudly accepted the award, stating, “This is a real team effort. Our team spirit is our driver as we know that we can only be successful when our customers are successful. We really enjoy what we do. We try to really understand how our customers operate so we can continue to innovate and provide value-bringing solutions”.

René Huibers concluded, “Our strong relations with our customers play a key role. It is about having the right solutions for the right applications and so advising our clients on which products and solutions to take. The Bulgarian market is very important to us and that is why we place so much importance on the BEGE”.
