Tipwin is to be the new Premium Partner of Eintracht Frankfurt from the next season onwards. The contract is for three years – until 30th June 2021.
Alongside ensuring that the Tipwin logo is extensively placed within the stadium, the agreement includes a TV-relevant appearance in further advertising media during the home games of Eintracht Frankfurt. Focus will also be placed on digital media.
“Tipwin is very pleased to enter this partnership with Eintracht Frankfurt. This goes hand-in-hand with the successful partnerships with the Bundesliga teams Hannover 96 und Bayer 04 Leverkusen. The current holders of the German DFB Cup are now the third long-term partnership within the Bundesliga. It is our goal to establish sports betting in the market and set a new benchmark that will point the way for others participating in the market”, stated Dr. Damir Böhm, Head of the Legal Department at Tipwin and specialist for gaming law at the law practice Böhm & Hilbert.
Axel Hellmann, Board Director at Eintracht Frankfurt Fußball AG, commented, “We have gained a strong partner in Tipwin that wishes to grow its business throughout Germany, especially the Rhine-Main region where we are based. We are pleased that our brand strength and the emotion around our club will make a positive contribution for the further growth of Tipwin”.
Marc Hassenzahl, Senior Director at Lagardère Sports Teams, added: “We are very happy to begin the joint partnership with Tipwin. As the very first privately owned sports-betting company at Eintracht Frankfurt, this brings about diverse exciting opportunities that we wish to make use of to the best of our ability together with Tipwin. We are convinced that Tipwin will enjoy a long-term benefit from the individually created rights package that fit directly to their needs. At the same time we are pleased that the Eintract fans will be able to make use on the high-quality product portfolio of Tipwin in the future within the framework of our partnership.”
