The European team displayed its exemplary status at the end of May with the implementation of a Blitz Marketing Campaign for the Epicentral solution from TRANSACT.

 

Epicentral enables operators to deliver personalized, targeted coupons in real-time to players whilst they play. This promotional system brings a whole new world of benefits to players and enables operators to communicate with their customers in a new, exciting way. The promotions can be steered as desired – floor-wide, for a bank of machines or even for an individual player. Indeed, a new world of opportunities arises for operators to motivate carded and non-carded players. The promotions can, for example, focus on uncarded players, offering them benefits when becoming a member.

 

One of the best places to witness the benefits of the TRANSACT Epicentral in Europe is at the Hippodrome Casino in London’s Leicester Square. This is where the SUZOHAPP Blitz Marketing Campaign began. Management from TRANSACT from Europe and the USA passed on the multitude of the Epicentral benefits to the SUZOHAPP European sales team – with great support of Mr. John Strydrom from the Hippodrome Casino. This on-site training for the SUZOHAPP team was greatly appreciated and immediately put into practice. The next three days were already pre-organised for the SUZOHAPP team to visit key casinos around Europe – such as in Italy, Switzerland, France, the United Kingdom and Spain. The SUZOHAPP team convened then on the last day of the week in Spain for a Recap Meeting to share the experiences gained and the feedback from the casino operators.

We all then immediately set off all around Europe to share these benefits with casino operators. We were all buzzing on Friday from the positivity gained. We have seen the benefits at first hand at the Hippodrome Casino and have spread the word around Europe in almost record speed.
