BEGE Expo 2015 attracted students from leading Bulgarian universities with its accompanying initiative - the Career Center
The most important event in the gaming and entertainment industry in the Balkans and Eastern Europe – BEGE Expo – was held for the 8th consecutive year from 24th to 25th of November in Inter Expo Center, Sofia. While the exhibition provided excellent opportunities for establishing new business contacts and presented the latest product developments and technological solutions in the industry, it also gave a special incentive to all students who were interested to see the gaming business from a different angle.
BEGE Expo team has put another memorable initiative into effect – the Career Center which gathered together students from the leading Bulgarian universities and offered useful information focused on their professional career paths. Around one hundred Bulgarian students registered online to attend the exhibition and its accompanying events such as the Eastern European Gaming Summit where professionals, experts, legal advisers and international associations representatives gathered together to speak about the most important topics in the gaming and entertainment industry.
The premiere contest for startup companies in the gaming and entertainment industry – Gaming StartUp Challenge also caught the students' attention with its original and attractive presentations made by the five companies competing for the first prize award in the contest. The students were inspired and motivated whilst listening to the companies’ 5 minutes sales pitch.
As a result, the Career Center provided an incredible opportunity for young specialists in different areas to learn more about the challenging, unfamiliar and exciting aspects of the field. The students had the chance to meet with experts, entrepreneurs and professionals as well as to see the spectacular programme of BEGE Expo 2015.
BEGE Expo - the most important exhibition for leisure, gaming and entertainment industry in the Balkans gathered together exhibitors and visitors from around the world for eighth consecutive year. Exhibiting companies presented products and services used in the operation of hotels, entertainment centers, shopping centers, restaurants, bars, casinos, etc. along with additional products from the marketing sector, digital technologies, mobile applications, security and control systems, vending equipment and others.
