Pamporovo welcomes the new ski season with 19,600 meters of artificial snow system and 126 snow cannons
In 2013 Pamporovo PLC invested in expansion of the pumping capacity of 420 m3/hr to 980 m3/hr, as well as additional snow covering of the tracks "Snezhanka" № 3 and "Snezhanka" № 13 with a total length of 3,230 meters.
Pamporovo is located in the central part of the Rhodope Mountains at 1,650 meters above sea level at the foot of Snezhanka peak. The climate is characterized by mild winters with over 240 sunny days making Pamporovo the sunniest mountain resort in Bulgaria with average annual temperature 5.5 ° C. The ski area includes 37 km of slopes for alpine skiing, 25 km cross country runs, Fun park Pamporovo with halfpipe slope and many places for sledging and free ride.

So in the new season 2013 - 2014 Pamporovo ski zone will consist of 19,600 meters of artificial snow system and 126 snow cannons. Digital information boards located at the main ski centers inform all tourists about the snow situation, time, temperature and the latest information for the condition of all slopes and lifts in the resort.
In 2013 the company invested in the replacement of a drag-lift to the construction and installation of a new four-seated lift in the "Two Bridges" that will serve Black run Snow № 3. Construction of the new lift will facilitate tourist ski area around the ski center "Malina". The new lift will be 1300 m long, 377 m displacement and capacity of 2000 people per hour.
