Suzo-Happ announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Transcity Group Pty. Ltd. (Transcity), a specialist electronics company providing design, manufacturing, and repair of hardware and software and replacement parts within the gaming and wagering industry. Transcity is based in Melbourne, Australia and has facilities in Macau, China and in Sydney, Australia, Philippines and Cambodia.
