Aristocrat Signs Software Cross-Licensing Deal With Grand Vision Gaming

LAS VEGAS, NV - Leading gaming supplier Aristocrat and Montana-based video gaming device manufacturer Grand Vision Gaming (GVG) have signed a significant software cross-licensing deal that will bring player-favorite Aristocrat game themes to GVG cabinets across Montana.

Since May 2012, GVG has been Aristocrat's exclusive distributor for products in Montana. Under the terms of this new three-year agreement, Aristocrat is licensing three themes per year to place on GVG cabinets, with placements limited to Montana. The initial licensed themes are the extremely popular titles Buffalo™, 5 Dragons™ and Miss Kitty™.

For two years running, Buffalo has topped the Best Game list in the Goldman Sachs Slot Manager Survey, and the game was recently named Best Video Slot and Luckiest Slot in the Southern California Gaming Guide™ Best Slots 2013 readers' poll.

Aristocrat Americas COO Seamus McGill said, "We have had a very successful relationship with Grand Vision Gaming over the past year, and we are excited to be taking our partnership to a new phase with this cross-licensing agreement. Our player-favorite games will be a powerful new tool for GVG throughout Montana."

"This agreement puts players first by expanding their game options that are no longer limited by a single manufacture," said Tim Carson, one of four Grand Vision Gaming partners. "This highly strategic arrangement gives both companies significant competitive advantages in the marketplace."
