OPAP Tender in Final Phase

The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) had approved the terms of the second and final phase of an international tender to sell 33% of the shares of OPAP (Hellenic Football Prognostics Organisation).

In a press release issued yesterday, the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) announced that it had approved the terms of the second and final phase of an international tender to sell 33% of the shares of OPAP (Hellenic Football Prognostics Organisation). The main evaluation criterion in this phase of the tender is the highest financial bid.

In addition, the Fund approved the launch of a tender process for the development of 28 real estate property assets by sale and lease-back method.
It also decided to launch an international tender for the sale of state properties abroad: 4 consulates and consular residencies in London, Belgrade, Tashkent and Ljubljana, the building of the Permanent Representation of Greece in Brussels as well as a land plot in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Meanwhile, in a separate announcement, the Fund said that an OPAP-led consortium won the international tender to operate Greek state lotteries for the next 12 years, following the submission of an improved offer by the consortium.
