Grand Casino Bern was the very first casino to adopt DRGT systems in Switzerland – back in 2008. Casino Bern offers six different jackpots to its customers that are managed by the DRGT system: Swiss Jackpot, Auto Jackpot, Parking Jackpot, Hot & Wild Jackpot, Teatro Jackpot and Mystery Jackpot. All these jackpots are managed by the DRGT system. The sheer jackpot variety was introduced in 2007. The increased requirements on the system meant that Casino Bern management had to look for a new supplier – and chose DRGT.  

 

 Mr. Gerhard Stiegler, Technical Director at Grand Casino Bern, comments, “Our customer focus has always been our motivator for change. The introduction of a wide degree of jackpots brought the previous systems technology to its limits. We researched the market and chose DRGT, at that time its Austrian counterpart SiP. We have been working together with DRGT since 2008 and are very satisfied with the DRGT system and the support this company gives us”.
