GiGse focuses on digital transformation for 2016 event

Millennials and technology have been unveiled as the key themes for GiGse 2016, which will take place in San Francisco from April 27-29. The event – organised by Clarion Events, the operator of TotallyGaming.com – will again welcome more than 700 of the biggest names in the North American gaming industry, from chief executives to marketing experts, sales directors to game designers.

GiGse has been at the forefront of the North American iGaming sector for the last six years, but will welcome a number of new initiatives in 2016, including a fresh focus on technology innovation and the latest gaming channels inclusing DFS and e-sports.

Millennials will also be a major theme, with a ‘Top 10 under 30’ list that celebrates the greatest young talent in the sector, and a ‘Millennial Summit’, in which attendees can discover more about the gaming habits and entertainment expectations of this much-discussed demographic .
Sadie Walters, Senior Events Producer at Clarion, said: “There is a huge buzz around Millennials at present, and this is a great opportunity to come together to talk about what makes them tick and what impact they can have as part of the gaming sector.

2016 will see GiGse capitalise on the dynamic between the technology heartland of San Francisco and some exciting new content to target an important peripheral, digitally led audience, as well as our very loyal following”.

The strategy of GiGse will be led by an Advisory Board consisting of big names from more than 50 operators, regulators and suppliers.
Included in the list are representatives from Caesars Interactive Entertainment, Pala Interactive and Paddy Power North America.
